We've released a new version of accounting software for Polish companies. The update focuses on recent changes in Polish VAT in 2016 and also it expands the functionality of CRm module.
We've implemented following changes:
- notes for customers
- user defined customer statuses that allow to manage the sales process
- send emails to clients
- customer registration date
- add recurence invoice directly in customer entry screen
- setup recurrent sales orders (additionally to recurent invoices)
- default numbering series can be assigned to operators
- send payment requests via emails
- force location selection in invoices
- any some small program adjustments
Typical "sales process" can consist of several steps that are defined in the Status field:
- prospect
- pre-sales
- customer
- follow-up
