The purchases module of mKsiegowa.pl offers a lot of possibilities to manage purchases and deliveries within the organization.
Purchases module basic features:
Process approach to purchasing
The program supports a typical set of documents combined into one process: order → GRN → invoice. There is no need to enter the document twice. In addition, we have documents of the opening balance, adjustments and location transfers.
Entering invoices with the OCR
The program allows you to enter invoices using the advanced OCR text recognition mechanisms. This function significantly speeds up the process of booking.
Automatic document accounting
Both purchase invoices and inventory documents can be automatically posted based on the current chart of accounts. The method of assigning documents depends on the program configuration.
Stock management
The program offers a full set of documents that allows you to manage any number of inventory locations. You can have inventory locations in many places, and the program manages all of them as a whole.
Scan and send purchase invoices directly from your phone
Each employee can scan the purchase invoice and send it directly to the program, where it will be entered (e.g. using the OCR mechanism). The program also allows you to store the scan as an attachment to the document. Such an organization perfectly organizes the purchasing process. No more lost or not delivered on time invoices.
Integration with VAT Inquiry
All purchase documents are automatically saved in the VAT inquiry and then in the VAT7 or VAT7k declaration. The program properly classifies the import, intra-community acquisition of goods (ICS).
Set of delivery reports
The user has at their disposal, among others, supplier balances, a list of not invoiced deliveries, reports on deliveries in a given period of time, minimum states and many others.
Quick Entries
To facilitate the posting of basic types of purchase and cost invoices, you can easily set up quick entries patterns.
