On the basis of pre-made sales order (referred to in the accounting program online mKsiegowa.pl also pro-forma invoice ), you can prepare a delivery - Release of the goods.
Order select from the list and click the icon 
. in the next screen issue Direct Sales Document.
On the basis of Delivery document, you can automatically create a sales invoice. To do this, select the Invoice against Delivery.
Prepayment Invoice
Exposure to Delivery to contracts or invoices, pro-forma pre-paid is treated specially. If the amount of accepted payments exceeded the minimum down payment as set out in the pro-forma invoice, then the selected document display the icon on the right side:
Another document under the Invoice Prepayment may be a final invoice.
