Mail box access setup for receiving purchase documents

In the  mKsiegowa.pl online accounting program, you can configure access to the e-mail box in order to receive e-mails sent with purchase documents.

How does it work

1. For this function, we recommend setting up a separate e-mail account, e.g. on a free server. Check in the selected e-mail service the parameters of receiving e-mail using the imap protocol:

• server name (e.g. imap.poczta.com)
• port number (most often 143)
• username (usually an email address)
• password (set for the given email address)

In the module Setup, go to Mail Box Access Setup. The program displays a line for each user of the program.

Click the  icon for a selected user.

Enter the mail box parameters and click Update.

Notes:

• in the field Options, enter the parameter novalidate-cert
• in the mKsiegowa.pl program, it is impossible to configure an e-mail with an SSL connection
