Work order

In Work Order Entry in the online accounting program mKsiegowa.pl, you can create a work order or/and post it.

The function is available in the module Manufacturing.

Standard work order (Assemble or Unassemble)

When you create an 'Assemble' or 'Unassemble' work order, a product in the destination location appears and the work order is posted at the same time. For this purpose you need to:

  • in the field Reference the program will propose the next order number; numbering can be set earlier in module SetupForms Setup; you can also enter any other unique document number; under this number, the journal entry will be represented in the accounting journal;
  • set type to Assemble or Unassemble
  • select a predefined product from the Items; the Bill Of Materials should be prepared for this product
  • select the destination location
  • the quantity of products for this order
  • labour costs
  • credit labour account
  • overhead costs
  • credit overhead account
  • memo

After clicking Add Work order, the program will create a Work Order accounting document.

Standard orders are created once as Closed. An alternative is the Advanced Manufacture work order described below.
