Invoice Preview and Issuing Corrections
To search for a sales document (e.g., invoice) or issue a correction, go to the Sales module -> Customer Transactions, Adjustments in the online accounting program mKsiegowa.pl.
Available Features
In this menu item you can:
- view:
- sales invoices,
- Direct Delivery
- corrections/adjustments
- advance invoices
- print documents
- modify sales invoices, goods issues, and corrections
- issue invoice corrections
- send documents by email to clients
- check the status of invoice submission to KSeF and optionally send them to the KSeF server
Modifying a Sales Invoice
Invoice modification is available by clicking the icon
on the right side.

Viewing Client Data
In the Client column, a direct link to the client record is available.
Corrective Invoice
You can issue a corrective invoice by clicking the icon
on the right side.
Printing a VAT Invoice
Documents can be printed using the icon
.
Sales invoice printing can be configured. The invoice print layout also depends on the type of invoice.
Viewing Document Postings
Document postings can be viewed using the icon
. To view document postings, you must have the appropriate permissions in the system.
Sending Invoice by Email
The icon
is used to send the invoice by email to the client.

The default email content can be set in configuration.
Issuing a Similar Invoice (Cloning)
The program allows issuing a sales invoice based on another invoice. Use the icon
as shown below:

Quick Export of Data to Excel
It is possible to quickly export data to an Excel file. After finding the appropriate clients and date ranges, simply click the button located at the very bottom.

Status and Sending Invoices to KSeF
On the client invoice browsing screen, status icons for sending to KSeF will appear if the KSeF module is enabled and configured.

An additional column with icons should appear on the screen:
- the icon indicates the invoice has not been sent yet; clicking it allows sending to KSeF; after successful sending and clicking Search again (refresh), the icon should change to the one below:
- the icon indicates the invoice has been successfully sent to KSeF and has a KSeF number; clicking the icon allows viewing the invoice UPO.
- the icon indicates the invoice has been successfully sent to KSeF but has not been assigned a KSeF number; clicking the icon allows checking whether the invoice processing in KSeF is complete and possibly viewing the UPO.
- the icon indicates the invoice was not accepted by KSeF; clicking the icon allows seeing the reported errors.
Icons will not appear for:
- documents other than sales invoices and sales corrections
- invoices and corrections issued before the start date of using the KSeF system; this date can be entered or changed in General Settings
Note: after obtaining a KSeF number for a document, the program does not allow deleting or modifying this document. Once the KSeF number is obtained, the document is legally registered in the KSeF system and can only be corrected (technical correction) if necessary.
Invoice view with the KSeF number
You can check if the KSeF number has been assigned to the invoice. Simply click the link in the Reference column:

KSeF Filters
After enabling the KSeF module, an additional filter will appear at the top of the screen allowing:
- display of all invoices not yet sent to KSeF Unsents KSeF Documents
- selection of all invoices that failed to be sent to KSeF due to errors Documents Sent with Error
Bulk Sending of Invoices to KSeF
After selecting a certain number of invoices (minimum 3) that have not yet been sent, the program will show a bulk send button (only when the KSeF filter is set to Unsents KSeF Documents and All Clients is selected).
Bulk sending may take some time - on average about 1 second per invoice.
